We read drawings, do digital take-offs, and price your tenders — labour, materials, prelims, margin, the lot. Unlike most agencies we're built to help you crush competitors, not just balance a spreadsheet.
What do I get back from you?
A fully detailed BOQ + cost plan, with every trade broken into individual components. We measure and price preliminaries, site management, site amenities and margins.
What do I need to send you?
The full set of project drawings you need to price. No project yet? Use our 'do-it-for-you' tender flow package and we'll help you find work too.
Do you outsource overseas?
Never. Every tender is priced in-house by local Australian QSs, so you get quick answers and accountable people.
How fast can you quote my job?
You'll receive a price proposal the same day you send drawings.
Lead time to deliver an estimate?
1–2 weeks for builder cost plans on average. Trade contractors usually within 2–7 days.
Do you work on residential and commercial?
Both. Plus civil, fit-out and industrial. If it gets built in Australia, we've probably priced one.
